Deterministic tools about the Romanian state, running entirely in the browser. Some model a proposal that has not happened yet; others read what has already happened. The difference matters, so the pages are kept apart.

Eight regions, not 41

Romania has had eight development regions since 2004 and uses them only for statistics and EU funds. The state instead keeps an office in nearly every county for every function. The figures come from official registers and can be checked in the simulators.

41 → 8counties, merged into the eight development regions
820 → 179territorial offices of the state, family by family
659 → 56utility companies, becoming regional operators

The argument in short (Romanian) →

What it means for you

Three questions anyone asks, each with its simulator (in Romanian).

Simulators

What would happen if. Each takes a published proposal, models what it actually says, and lets you argue with it. No number here is a measurement. The simulators are in Romanian.

Monitors

What exists, in fact. These model nothing: they read the public record and make it searchable, with the source of every row.
